Install¶

Install the add-on from the Rouzax Repository, which keeps it up to date. It has also been submitted to the official Kodi add-on repository; until it is listed there, use the Rouzax Repository.

From the Rouzax Repository¶

1. Download the latest repository.rouzax zip from its releases page.
2. In Kodi, turn on Settings > System > Add-ons > "Unknown sources". Kodi warns that add-ons get access to personal data; choose Yes to continue. This is needed once, for the repository.
3. Go to Add-ons, open the add-on browser (the open box icon at the top left), choose "Install from zip file" and pick the repository zip.
4. In the add-on browser, choose "Install from repository" > Rouzax Repository > Services > CrossWatch for Kodi > Install.
5. Follow the Quick start.

Kodi updates the add-on from the repository by itself, as it does for any repository add-on.

From the Kodi repository¶

Once listed: in the add-on browser, choose "Install from repository" > Kodi Add-on repository > Services > CrossWatch for Kodi > Install. No "Unknown sources" needed.

From a zip¶

Every release also has a zip on the releases page. Install it as in steps 2 and 3 above. A zip install does not update itself.

Coming from a beta¶

Install from the Rouzax Repository over the beta. Viewers, remembered answers and the pairing are kept.
